DexArm not responding

Hi… i have issue on my mac os BigSur with the Arm… it does not detect any more. its was working fine a day before. Sometimes its does get connected in the “connect DexArm” menu… but no response from Arm. Need help guys… pls help.

Not sure if it helps but I was having a similar problem when using a USB-C to USB A adapter https://manual.rotrics.com/faq-troubleshooting/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-cant-connect, says you need a usb hub if your mac only have USB C ports. I’ve now ordered a hub and works fine.
